1. On the main navigation bar, click a category and browse through our selection of products.

2. Read the product descriptions carefully.

3. Choose the desired color, size and quantity, then click on “Add to Cart.” A new window will appear – you may choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

4. Once you have finished choosing your items, click on "Your Cart" to review the products. To remove an item, click "Remove" under the selected product's name. Click on "Place your order" for payment and shipping.

5. Fill in your contact information (email or mobile number) and complete shipping address. Click “Continue to shipping method.”

6. Select your preferred shipping method and click “Continue to payment method.”

7. Select your preferred payment method and billing address, then click “Complete order.”

8. You will receive an email containing a summary of your order. Please process your payment within 7 business days upon receipt of the email. Orders not paid within 7 business days will automatically be cancelled.

9. Write your full name on the deposit slip and send us a copy via email: or through Viber: 0908 864 1709

10. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of the deposit slip. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive the deposit slip.

    Paid and shipped orders can no longer be cancelled.



    We accept payments through Bank Deposit (BDO and Metrobank). Bank details can be found in the “Payment Method” section upon check out.

    Orders not paid within 7 business days will automatically be cancelled. 



    Orders within Metro Manila will be delivered within 3 business days while provincial orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

    Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Philippine Holidays.

    Orders with payments made after 2:00PM shall be processed on the next business day.



      1. We inspect all our products prior to shipment and delivery to ensure that they are free from factory defects, material or construction.

      Should you find any DENTS in the product, please inform us via email: or Viber: 0908 864 1709 within 3 business days upon receipt of your order.

      If we do not receive a message within the given time period, the item is considered in good condition and can no longer be returned nor exchanged.

      2. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged within 7 business days upon receipt of your order.

      3. Items with damage and/or defects from the following causes cannot be returned nor exchanged:

      • normal wear and tear, improper use of the unit
      • faulty handling
      • negligence, tampering and/or unauthorized repair of the unit
      • flood, accidental damage, fire, and other acts of God
      • faulty or unauthorized installation

      4. For the first exchange request, Tiger Philippines will shoulder all shipping costs. When sending back an item for exchange, please arrange the shipping back to the following address:

      Room 701-702 Tytana Plaza, Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz, Binondo, Manila

      All shipping fees for succeeding exchange requests will be charged to the customer.

      5. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the serial number still intact.

      6. Sale Items cannot be returned nor exchanged under any conditions.
