RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. We inspect all our products prior to shipment and delivery to ensure that they are free from factory defects, material or construction.
Should you find any DENTS in the product, please inform us via email: email@example.com or Viber: 0908 864 1709 within 3 business days upon receipt of your order.
If we do not receive a message within the given time period, the item is considered in good condition and can no longer be returned nor exchanged.
2. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged within 7 business days upon receipt of your order.
3. Items with damage and/or defects from the following causes cannot be returned nor exchanged:
- normal wear and tear, improper use of the unit
- faulty handling
- negligence, tampering and/or unauthorized repair of the unit
- flood, accidental damage, fire, and other acts of God
- faulty or unauthorized installation
4. For the first exchange request, Tiger Philippines will shoulder all shipping costs. When sending back an item for exchange, please arrange the shipping back to the following address:

All shipping fees for succeeding exchange requests will be charged to the customer.
5. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the serial number still intact.
6. Sale Items cannot be returned nor exchanged under any conditions.
