Beef Kamameshi Rice

3 Cups Rice
3 Cups Chicken Broth
200g Ground Beef
6 Tbsp Unang Gisa Soy Saute
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Mirin or Sake
1/2 Cup Carrots, diced
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Frozen Peas
Add Egg Omelet for garnish

  1. Place the rice in the inner pot of the Tiger Tacook and mix all the ingredients in the pot except for the green beans and the frozen peas.
  2. Select the "Sweet.Mixed" menu and press the "START" key
  3. When the cooker switches to “Keep Warm“ mode, open the lid and add the green beans and the frozen peas. Stir the contents and close the lid again leaving it on the “Keep Warm" mode for another 5 minutes to let the vegetables cook.
  4. Place in a dish and serve warm.
