INGREDIENTS
1 kilo Beef short ribs
1 cup Unang Gisa Soy Saute
3/4 cup Cane Vinegar
1 cup Water
PROCEDURE
- Place the ribs in the inner pot of the Tiger Tacook.
- Pour all the ingredients in the pot and press “Slow Cook. Steam.”
- Adjust the time to 90 minutes and press the "START" key.
- Once done, transfer to a dish and serve warm.
